Description: The 'Os-Aple' jubilee was the 1912 celebration marking 60 years of existence for the City named 'El Paso'. El Paso was originally settled and named as the Franklin Settlement in 1849. The Franklin Settlement was later renamed to 'El Paso' in 1852; hence the 1912 jubilee celebration for the City of El Paso, Texas.
