Wire-Stretcher.

Description: Patent for a simple and effective wire-stretcher that stretches wire and attaches it to the same post to which it is applied. It has a frame, a claw, a spool, a crank, a ratchet wheel, a pawl, and and a chain that secures the claw to the frame. The parts fit inside the body portion of the frame, and wire wraps around the spool.
