Description: Deed placing "survey number 1430 situated in Kerr County...patent number 181" in trust as collateral against a promissory note made to Joseph Heinen for the original purchase of the land by George L. Leigh. As part of the transaction it includes a sale of the land to Paul Villaret for ten dollars making him the executor of the trust.

According to the deed Virginia has released her rights to the land purchased by Edward and that he obtained "an undivided one half interest in and to that certain three hundred and twenty acre tract known as Survey No. 1430."
