It says that Edwin Moore and Elsie Whitecrow were married on April 17th, 1921 at what appears to be Columbus Cherokee Kansas. There were four witnesses, Mrs. C.G. Parks, Mr. C.G. Parks, E.A. Callyson, and the Justice of the Piece.
