[Children's room in PHPC Library]

Description: Photograph of the children's room from a tour of the Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church library in Dallas during the 2015 Church and Synagogue Library Association conference. There is a mural above the shelves that depicts scenes from the Chronicles of Narnia. Stuffed animals are set up along the top of the shelves as well and a small table with pillows around it is in the center. A low half-wall separates the section from the main library.

Heritage Room Scroll

Description: Mural on south wall of Heritage Room, depicting 17 scenes throughout the history of northeast Tarrant County, from the coming of the settlers from Missouri to DFW Airport. The mural, which measures 20' x 8' was painted by five local artists: Evelyn Schmidt, Joy Clifton, Freddie Fisher, Rebecca Maus, and J. Paul Davidson in 1975 as part of the college's celebration of the US Bicentennial.
