[UNT protest march of Kent State shootings]

Four students were killed and others wounded on the Kent State campus by the Ohio Nation Guard during a protest of the bombing of Cambodia during the Vietnam War. [Barsanti’s swagger stick from Vietnam]

Description: Photographs of the "swaggers stick" that was part of the uniform for Major General Olinto Barsanti. It is dark brown, smooth and shiny stick with a small silver plaque that has the engraved words "MG O. M. Barsanti C G 101st Airborne Division 1 Jul 67 - 19 Jul 68." The handle part of the stick is a rusted golden color with the symbol of expanded wings on it in a rusted dark brown color. The tip of the stick is also a rusted golden color.
