The cotton card has an inscription on it that reads, "The Only Genuine; Old Whittemore Patent No. 10 Cotton; Watson-Williams Mfg. Co.; Leicester, Mass." There is also a handwritten inscription to the left that reads, "H10, $2.00, I." Some cotton is seen inside the two cards and there is a folded piece of paper on the table in front of the card that states, "Cotton Cards."
