Description: Photograph of Oak Street Hall at North Texas State College. The east wing was the original part of the building, build in 1941-1942, as a two story, brick veneer apartment house erected by Mrs. W. J. McConnell. It was built to house one hundred women. A later addition increased the space and allowed another one hundred and twenty-five to be housed.
