[Transcript of Grand Jury Decision, January 19, 1943]

Description: Statement of Grand Jurors impaneled in the District Court of the United States Northern District of Texas regarding their decision on indictments against eleven defendants accused of fraudulent representation to agents of the Defense Plant Corporation. In the decision, the jurors find that the defendants did commit "unlawful conspiracy" with an outline of sixteen instances and pieces of evidence of relation to the case.
