The person who wrote the note on the back of the picture says that he caught a cold during the "Indian PowWow Clambake at Riverside Park." The wagon in the picture is loaded with blankets, rope, and a long water hose rolled up in the back and is being pulled by two spotted horses; two firemen are also seated in the driver's seat holding the reins.
